A Youth Advocate uses the Wraparound process to help individual youth who are facing multiple crises at the same time. The Youth Advocate establishes trust and guides the youth to understanding his/her own strengths and goals, creates an action plan with the youth, then builds a team of other supportive people in the community who will commit themselves to helping the youth achieve his/her goals.
The Youth Advocate works with various probation offices to support youth’s reintegration into community.
Call PEACH to speak with the Youth Advocate.
This program is supported by the City of Toronto’s Community Service Partnership grants and the RBC Foundation.
